On-demand printing and book binding is a methodology for providing digitally printed, single sheet books at an affordable price. This type of manual and book printing has been designed to provide rapid turnaround of single sheet format books, just like the ones produced in high speed printing facilities.
The print quality of digital presses has improved significantly and is now comparable or sometimes better than offset printing. There is no need for large inventory of books, anymore! Your files are saved and a colour profile created for that account so the colour will be a close match to your first print order.
Manuals with fold over maps and tabs inserts can easily be printed and assembled. Self published books for family members, friends and sales through bookstores can be printed affordably.

Legal / Library Book Printing & Binding
Victoria Bindery provides hardcover book printing & binding and copy services for the preparation of Legal Bibles and closing documents.
Typically, Legal Bibles are constructed according to the stringent standards of the Library Institute. The text block with tabs is oversewn (the strongest binding method.) Then the spine is rounded and backed, and a strong cotton lining is attached. The text block is glued unto a binder's board, that extends past the tabs on the front edge. We also provide spine foil stamping for most issues. Gold foil lines, personal imprints, and front cover stamping are also optional.

Textbook Rebinding
We are sensitive to the costs of new books, and also the existing values of older books. For this reason, we offer the rebinding of worn and used textbooks. Rebinding can save and prolong the life of a book for years beyond what would be considered "normal". In many cases rebinding can make old books appear and feel like new again.
We can digitally scan the front covers, and electronically correct tears and scratches to deliver a laminated front cover, which in many cases is equal or better than the original cover.

We cover anything that is loose leaf, either with a hardcover or soft cover. We provide fast turnaround on small quantities of hard cover books and custom binders.
Our services includes bindery in metals, whether it is ring, chicago post or any metals used to hold paper together. We make binders to fit any sheet size a customer requires. Covering material can be a cloth, bonded leather or laminated printed sheets. We offer free advice and consultation to any individual or organization.

Our special book printing & binding services can include bindery using metals such as rings, Chicago post or other such attachment devices. We make binders in small quantities, to fit any size of sheet. The cover materials for these might be cloth, leather or other special laminated printing sheets.
